Service contracts

The German Accident Prevention & Insurance Association stipulates an annual inspection (according to ZH 1/494) of automatic door systems and a six-monthly inspection of emergency exit doors. This seems reasonable as far as safety and reliability is concerned, considering that an automatic door system opens and closes several hundred thousand times every year. BLASI offers a choice of three different service contracts.



This service contract includes an operations and safety check, cleaning of the drive unit, adjustment and lubrication of all moveable parts. Materials and spare parts are charged separately.	This service contract includes all benefits of Service One. It also includes emergency maintenance, labour charges and call-out charges. Materials and spare parts are charged separately.	This contract is an ’all-inclusive’ service contract. Apart from the benefits of Service Plus it includes all labour and material costs.
